Registration of a student to study the Holy Quran at a Quranic teaching center
Licensed Quranic teaching centers and sessions (Halaqah), through qualified teachers, teach the Holy Quran to male and female students through the practice of memorizing, reciting while controlling the guttural sounds, applying the provisions of recitation, and observing the Quranic meaning while reading. This service is provided to various age groups in evening sessions while some centers may provide morning sessions for different groups such as housewives and retirees.

Service Processes
- The student or their guardian submits a registration form at the Quranic teaching center, with a copy of the Identity Card attached
- The application is reviewed by the relevant center to assign the learning level and appropriate program for the student
- The student’s information is electronically updated on the relevant webpage
- The Ministry checks the application and assigns the student to a particular center, program and learning level
