One of the parties to the case submits a request to relinquish the litigation in order to prove that the litigation has been annulled by virtue of court order due to a conciliation or settlement between the parties.

- Select “Court and Cases Services”
- Select the submission of judicial applications service
- Enter the case number
- Choose the above-mentioned service from the list of judicial requests
- Upon approval from the relevant judge, the relevant employee issues a record of the judgment
