Issuance of a Quranic teaching center license
Obtaining an official license from the Ministry of Justice, Islamic Affairs and Endowments to establish and operate a center for memorizing the Holy Qur’an and teaching its sciences, in accordance with the specified terms and regulations.
Required Attachments
- Completed application form for the relevant service
- Copy of the Identity Card if the applicant is an individual, or relevant license if the applicant is an entity
- Completed candidate forms for employment in the Quranic teaching and memorization centers and sessions
- A letter of approval from the residents in the area

- Ministerial Resolution No. (84) of 2014 amending certain provisions of Resolution No. 15 of 2006 on the organization of Quranic teaching and memorization centers

Service Processes
- Fill out the relevant application form and complete all the required documents to formally accept the application
- Review the application and check to ensure that all requirements are met
- The relevant entity visits the center to ensure requirements are met
- Present the application to the Planning and Follow up Committee responsible for the work of the Quranic teaching and memorization centers and sessions
- A decision will then be issued and in the event of a positive decision, a license will be issued
