A declaration of waiver for Commercial Registration for a sole proprietorship, certified by the signee.

Required Attachments

The following and should be translated all into Arabic:

  • Religious Ordinance document if the Commercial Registration belongs to the deceased
  • If one of the parties is an entity, the memorandum of association, the Commercial Registration details, and the decision of the board of directors or partners
  • The original powers of attorney if the representation is by proxy and in the event of foreign powers of attorney, the documents must be notarized at the Bahrain Ministry of Foreign Affairs, or with an “Apostille” stamp
  • Completed “Know Your Customer” form
  • Approval by the Ministry of Industry, Commerce and Tourism.
  • Original passport or Identity Card
  • Commercial Registration of the sole proprietorship
