Authorization of a power of attorney

Submission of a request for the authorization of a power of attorney for the relevant party’s attorney within the relevant execution file to the Directorate. This will enable the relevant party’s attorney to view the file’s details and to act based on it, after the authorization.

  • Copy of a valid power of attorney

  • Civil and Commercial Procedures Act promulgated by Legislative Decree No. (12) of 1971 as amended
