Required Attachments
- Original passport or Identity Card
- If one of the parties is an entity, the memorandum of association, an extract of the Commercial Registration details and the decision of the board of directors or partners
- The original powers of attorney if the representation is by proxy and in the event of foreign powers of attorney, the documents must be notarized at the Bahrain Ministry of Foreign Affairs, or with an “Apostille” stamp
- The case number and the relevant court
- A letter approved by the bank for the person authorized or delegated to sign the waiver on behalf of the bank
- Completed “Know Your Customer” form
