Declaration of indebtedness covered by executory contract
A notarized declaration by a debtor regarding an indebtedness that the creditor has the right to execute on the due date.
Required Attachments
- Original passport or original ID card
- Show the special documents due to the indebtedness.
- If the headquarters is a legal person, the company contract, extract and the decision of the board of directors or the partners must be presented.
- The original agencies if the representation is by proxy, and their attestation if the agencies are foreign before the Bahraini Ministry of Foreign Affairs, or with an “apostille” stamp.
- Fill out the Know Your Customer form.

- ministerial Resolution No. (28) of 2021 regarding the procedures for prohibiting and combating money laundering and terrorist financing, the illegal transfer of funds across borders in notary work, audit oversight and control and prohibiting dealing with terrorist individuals or entities.
