Issuance of a power of attorney for the official representative of the campaign
This service authorizes a representative of the campaign to accompany Umrah pilgrimages to Makkah and visits to Madinah. Additionally, the representative is authorized to complete all the required procedures at the relevant checkpoints and border authorities within the Kingdom of Bahrain and Saudi Arabia.

- A letter requesting the authorization of the official representative of the campaign
- Copy of the representative’s passport

Service Processes
- A letter must be drafted by the applicant to request the power of attorney, to which they must attach the required documents
- After which, the relevant employees of the Hajj and Umrah Affairs Department will issue a power of attorney letter to the official representative, for them to complete the documentation procedures with the other relevant entities
