Issuance of a new Hajj License
This service enables the applicant to obtain a license for the organization of Hajj and Umrah pilgrimages to Makkah and visits to Madinah.
Required Attachments
- Approval of the Supreme Committee for Hajj and Umrah Affairs
- Copy of the passport
- Copy of the Identity Card Details statement
- Bank statement for the last three months
- Two photos with a white background
- Proof of financial solvency for the amount of BD 10,000 for six months
- Letter requesting issuance of the Hajj and Umrah license
- Passing the requirements of the field inspection of the place where the Hajj and Umrah activity is practiced

Service Processes
- Submit a request addressed to the Minister of Justice, Islamic Affairs and Waqf - the Director of the Supreme Committee for Hajj and Umrah Affairs
- Issue a letter to the General Directorate of Criminal Investigations and Forensic Evidence at the Ministry of Interior requesting a Certificate of Good Conduct for the applicant
- Issue a letter to the Ministry of Health requesting proof of the applicant’s health and fitness
- Fill out the application form for a new license for Hajj and Umrah campaigns
- Attach the required documents (A certificate of good conduct from the Ministry of Interior, a medical certificate from the Ministry of Health, a copy of the identity card, bank statement for the last three months, 2 personal photos with a white background, a letter addressed to the Ministry of Justice to select a name for the Umrah Campaign)
