- Submit request and fill out the information through Customs Clearance System (Ofoq 2)
- Request being reviewed by the relevant departments in parallel
- Conduct a field visit to the warehouse
- Pay the fees and issue the certificate through the system
- Obtain His excellency the President of Customs approval
- Send approval notification through the system to pay the fees
