Service Processes

  • Customer submits a request to issue a replacement for a lost vehicle customs card by sending an email to Customer Service (customerservice@customs.gov.bh), attaching the customs declaration number
  • Customs officer reviews the request and charges the service fee (10 BD)
  • Email is sent to the customer prompting payment of fees via the available online payment methods
  • The prescribed fees are paid, notifying the relevant member of support staff
  • Customs officer prints a replacement for the lost vehicle customs card and sends it via email to the customer
