This service is provided when a customer requests the payment of fees and the completion of procedures for small ships in private ports or outside customs departments.
Required Attachments
- (Manifest) exit from the direction of arrival
- Personal data of those on board
- Declaration of export for the small vessel from the point of arrival in case of loaded goods
Additional documents in case of cancellation:
- Allegiance Document
- Deletion Certificate
- Certificate of origin (in case of a new small vessel) instead of a Certificate of Delisting

Service Processes
- The owner of the ship or his representative shall submit a request for the service for clearance outside the customs offices to the customs office
- The required documents are checked and the customs officer will check them and collect the customs duties
- Go to the private port for inspection, inspection and termination of customs service
