Service Processes
- Customer goes to the relevant cashier’s department staff member at the designated port to pay the fees for issuing a replacement for a lost manifest for small ships and land transportation (BD 10 ), or pays through the automatic payment device at the port
- Customer fills out a replacement application form
- Payment is received and a receipt is printed for the customer
- Customer goes to the designated customs port to complete the procedures for issuing a replacement for the lost manifest
