This service is provided upon the request of a customer for a copy of the replacement of a lost or damaged reservation receipt.

Service Processes
- Customer submits a request to issue a replacement for the lost or damaged reservation receipt by sending an email to Customer Service (customerservice@customs.gov.bh), attaching the customs declaration or shipment information
- Customs officer reviews the request and charges the service fee (10 BD) in the customs declaration
- Email is sent to the customer prompting payment of fees via the available online payment methods
- The prescribed fees are paid, notifying the relevant member of staff
- Customs officer prints a replacement for the reservation receipt and sends it to the customer via email
