Application Transfer Request

Service Conditions

• Citizen must have an existing housing request that they would like to transfer to another person who meets the conditions and requirements

Required Attachments

First category (from husband to wife or vice versa

• Declarations pertaining to this category
• An updated original Salary Certificate or Salary Slip stamped by the employer for the couple provided that the date of issuance must not exceed one month before the date of application.

The one time change of third category representative:

• Declarations pertaining to this category.
• An original and detailed Salary Slip stamped for the current month pertaining to the applicant to whom the service is being transferred.
• A valid continuity of child custody that does not exceed one year from the date of issuance for the divorced man or woman.

From the First Category to the Third Category

• Declarations pertaining to this category.
• An updated and detailed original Salary Certificate or Salary Slip stamped by the employer for the applicant provided that the date of issuance must not exceed one month before the date of application.

From the Second Category to the First Category

• Declarations pertaining to this category.
• An updated and detailed original Salary Certificate or Salary Slip stamped by the employer for the applicant provided that the date of issuance must not exceed one month before the date of application.
• If the application is in the wife’s name: An updated and detailed original Salary Certificate or Salary Slip stamped by the employer for the husband, provided that the date of issuance must not exceed one month before the date of application

From the Second Category to the Third Category

• Declarations pertaining to this category.
• An updated and detailed original Salary Certificate or Salary Slip stamped by the employer for the applicant provided that the date of issuance must not exceed one month before the date of application.
