Service Processes
- Access the service via the website
- Enter "food vehicles" in the search bar and the service will be displayed in the results
- Select the link that opens the food vehicle inspection appointment services page
- If a new appointment is requested, select the “Book an appointment” option, or in the event of a request to amend or postpone an appointment, select “View or change the examination date”
- Click on the option “Book an appointment”, then select the inspection type. Select “New” if the vehicle is new and is not already registered with the General Directorate of Traffic or if the vehicle is in the process of being imported. Select the “Annual” option in the event of annual renewal, from which the CPR of the owner, or the commercial registration number (if the applicant is the owner of a company or a sole proprietorship) is entered
- Select the type of vehicle as mentioned on the ownership certificate, as well as the vehicle registration number as written on the ownership certificate or vehicle registration plate
- Select a date from the calendar which is highlighted in green, then enter a contact number and a valid email address in the relevant boxes
- Once the appointment booking process is complete, it is advisable to print a copy of the appointment, or save an e-copy on a phone to present when required on the day of inspection
- If the commercial registration number is 12345 and the branch number is 1, the correct format is 12345-01
- If the commercial registration number is 12345 and the branch number is 23, the correct format is 12345-23
