The user receives an SMS containing their order number as soon as the appointment is added. The location where the medical prescriptions are delivered, as well as the patient’s address, is retrieved by linking to the Information and eGovernment Authority database. The service allows the patient to update their delivery address. The patient will be contacted by the delivery service providers to choose the time of delivery of the prescription. The service for delivering prescriptions to Salmaniya Medical Complex is also available via the Sehati app.
