Release of tobacco shipments

Before any tobacco products enter the border port, the merchant must submit the required documentation via the Ofoq System in order to receive permission (partial permission) for the shipment to be delivered to the warehouse. The merchant is not permitted to dispose of the shipment unless it is inspected by Anti-Smoking Group specialists. The shipment will be permitted if it is found to be in line with the standard specifications.
