Issuance of licences for cosmetic devices
This service involves receiving and following up on the licensing of cosmetic devices for barbershops, beauty and massage salons.
Required Attachments
- Product quality assurance certificate.
- Device catalog.
- Descriptive certificate that outlines the serial number, the name of the company, and country of origin.
- Copy of the establishment certificate licensed by the Ministry of Industry, Commerce and Tourism.
- Letter from the manufacturer stating that the device can be used by professional and non-professional users.
- Commercial and health record.

Service Processes
- Submit an application either in person or by contacting the Environmental Health Department/ Water & Enterprises Sanitation Group
- Fill out the application form, attaching all the required documentation and then sending via email
- The Water & Enterprises Sanitation Group sends the email to NHRA
- The Water & Enterprises Sanitation Group receives the result of the application from NHRA (either approved or rejected)
- Applicants will be notified of the result
