laissez-passer
A service offered by Ministry of Foreign Affairs which allow only the Bahraini citizen living abroad to get a Laisser Passer in case of losing their passport or having a newborn baby by addressing the request to the Nationality, Passports and Residence Affairs Directorate. Bahrain missions' can issue only a direct route Laisser Passer to the Kingdom of Bahrain.
Service Conditions
- Laisser Passer (Newborn): The Applicant (Father, Legal Guardian) must be outside the Kingdom of Bahrain while submitting the request.
- Laisser Passer (in case of loss): The Applicant must verify the loss of his passport before applying for a laisser passer.

- Copies from (Father and Mother) Passports
- Copy of Marriage Certificate (legalised and translated)
- Copy of the Birth Certificate (legalised and translated)
- Personal Photo (4*6), white background
Lost/ Stolen
