Renewal of the license of the private training institution

The license of the private training institution shall be renewed after ensuring that the institution meets all the required conditions approved by the Ministry of Labour every 3 years.

Service Conditions

  • No violations issued against the training institution.

Required Attachments

  • A copy of the headquarters map approved by the Department of Vocational Institutes Affairs.
  • A copy of the commercial register of the training institution (valid).
  • A list from the Social Insurance Organization proving all employees registered with the training institution.
  • Approval of the General Directorate of Civil Defense for the headquarters.

  • Article (16) of Law No. (17) of 2007 on Vocational Training
