Recording and following up on complaints received from trainees against training institutions.

Required Attachments

  • Fill out Form No. (11) with the required attachments.
  • A copy of the complainant’s ID Card (smart card).
  • Any attachments and supporting documents related to the complaint.

  • Legislative Decree No. (25) of 1998, with respect to private educational and training establishments
