Request to transfer ownership of a private training institution license

Service Conditions

If the person is normal:

• He must not be less than 25 years old
• The request shall indicate the source of funding for the private educational and training institution and the ability to finance this
• Not to be an employee of the government, public or private bodies or institutions
• To be able to finance the establishment and continuation of a private educational or training institution in accordance with the standards and guarantees established by the Ministry
• He must have at least a high school diploma or its equivalent
• That he be of full capacity, of good conduct and behavior, and that no final judgments have been passed against him in a felony or misdemeanor involving moral turpitude, trust, or public morals, unless he has been rehabilitated

If he is a legal person:

• If he is a legal person: the person who represents him before others is required to meet the previous conditions, except for what is stipulated in the clause

Required Attachments

• Fill out Form No. (A-7) to transfer ownership of a private training institution license
• Fill out the waiver document attached to Form (A7)
• If the license holder is an individual: a letter signed by the owner of the institution
• If the license holder is a legal person: a letter signed by the Chairman of the Board of Directors including the resolution of the Board of Directors
• A copy of the Memorandum of Association and its amendments
• If the license holder is an individual: a copy of their ID card and passport
• CV, qualifications, and experience, including at least a high school certificate.
• A recent certificate of good conduct and behavior
• If the assignee is a legal person: a copy of the institution’s registration certificate with the Ministry of Industry, Commerce and Tourism
• A copy of the Memorandum of Association and its amendments.
• The financial report if the company is more than one year old
• Resolution of the Board of Directors or the General Assembly approving the transfer of ownership
• Copy of the ID card and passport of the representative of the legal person
• CV, qualifications, and experience of the representative of the legal person
• A recent certificate of good conduct for the representative of the legal person.
