Service Conditions

  • No violations issued against the training institution.

Required Attachments

  • Fill out waiver document.
  • A letter from the board of directors stating approval of the request to change the owner.
  • The new owner's resume, qualifications, and experience.

  • Legislative Decree No. (25) of 1998, with respect to private educational and training establishments
  • Law No. 17 of 2007 regarding vocational training and ministerial resolutions.
