Request to accept funds from abroad

The service permits accepting funds from an entity outside the Kingdom of Bahrain, and that the purpose of accepting the donation is legitimate in accordance with all laws and legal regulations.

Service Conditions

  • The NGO must be registered and notified
  • The Board of Directors is in place

Legal Regulations

  • Resolution No. (47) of 2014 issuing the executive regulations for Decree-Law No. (21) of 2013 regulating the collection of money for public purposes
  • Decree-Law (21) for the year 2013 regarding organizing fundraising for public purposes
