Notifying Ministry of Labour about the cases of workforce reduction due to the total or partial closure of establishment

This service allows employers notifying Ministry of Labour about the cases of workforce reduction due to the total or partial closure of establishment, in accordance with Article (110) of the Labor Law for the Private Sector No. (36) of 2012. We call upon employers to abide by Law No. (37) of 2015, which states: ((In cases other than the total closure of the facility, not to terminate the contract of a Bahraini worker who has the same efficiency and experience as the foreign worker working in the same establishment)).
