Request to transfer money aboard

Authorizing the transfer of funds outside the Kingdom of Bahrain for legal purposes in accordance with all laws and legal regulations in force in the Kingdom of Bahrain.

Service Conditions

  • The NGO must be registered and notified
  • The Board of Directors is in place

Required Attachments

  • Fill out a form to request a license to transfer funds outside the Kingdom of Bahrain or accept donations from outside the Kingdom of Bahrain Form No. 2 “All data must be filled out” approved by the president or deputy + secretary + the seal of the association.
  • Fill out the attached application form for transfer/sending money abroad and the application form for accepting/receiving money from abroad (the table) in computer handwriting and not by hand, and it must be approved by the president or deputy + secretary + association seal with mentioning the date of submitting the application.

  • Decree-Law (21) for the year 2013 regarding organizing fundraising for public purposes
  • Resolution No. (47) of 2014 issuing the executive regulations for Decree-Law No. (21) of 2013 regulating the collection of money for public purposes
