Approval of authorized signatories of private training institutions
Approval of authorized signatories to sign on the transactions of the private training institution according to the request of the training institutions after ensuring that the institution meets all the required conditions approved by the Ministry of Labor.
Service Conditions
- To be an administrative employee or trainer working full-time in the training institution and registered with the General Organization for Social Insurance and the Information and e-Government Authority for the training institution.
- The persons authorized to sign are the Director General of the institution and another employee, and the institution may add other authorized persons if necessary.
- The authorization period is open until the department is notified otherwise by the owner of the institution.
Required Attachments
- Form No. (3) Request for approval of those authorized to sign on transactions of the private training institution
- A copy of the employee’s accreditation with the administration if he is a manager or a member of the training body.
- Proof of his employment with the institution at the Information and eGovernment Authority.
