Request for legal consultation for NGOs

The applicant for legal consultation submits a request to the Ministry to schedule an appointment with a legal researcher

Service Conditions

  • Existence of a valid board of directors

Required Attachments

  • A letter signed by the Head of the NGO requesting the service or scheduling an appointment with a legal researcher to seek advice

  • Resolution No. (4) of 2007 regarding the Model Regulations for the Statute of Societies and Social and Cultural Clubs under the supervision of the Ministry of Labor and Social Development
  • Legislative Decree No. (21) of 1989, promulgating Law of Associations, Social and Cultural Clubs, Private Bodies Operating in the Field of Youth and Sports and Private establishments , View Document
  • Legislative Decree No. 24 of 2000 issuing the Cooperatives Law.
