Cancel the license of a private training institution

Cancellation of the training institution’s license upon the request of the training institutions after ensuring that the institution meets all the required conditions with the relevant authorities.

Service Conditions

  • Approval of all partners in the institute or the Board of Directors, if any.
  • The institute shall not have any financial obligations or unfulfilled contracts.
  • The institute shall not have any obligations towards the trainees.

Required Attachments

  • A letter from the board of directors stating approval of the request for cancellation.

Legal Regulations

  • Legislative Decree No. (25) of 1998, with respect to private educational and training establishments
  • Law No. 17 of 2007 regarding vocational training and ministerial resolutions.
