Hall reservation at social development centers

Licensed associations and volunteer teams can benefit from social centers halls to hold their own programs, events and meetings.

Service Conditions

  • The applicant should be a civil society organization and its status is legally sound
  • Submit a letter that includes a visualization of the nature of the event
  • The content of the program should be appropriate
  • The event held in the hall shall be free and without registration fees
  • Availability of the hall on the date and time required to hold the event
  • Providing a copy of the CPR card to the applicant
  • Reporting TV or video shooting or the presence of journalists
  • The organizer shall bear any damage resulting from the destruction or loss of the contents of the hall, including its devices and equipment
  • Maintaining the cleanliness of the hall and the center in general

Service Processes

  • Submit a letter requesting to reserve the hall. The letter should be addressed to the director of the Social Development Centers Directorate.
  • Complete the hall reservation form and attach a copy of the applicant’s ID card
  • The head of the social centers department reviews and ensures all documents are provided
  • Approval of the application by the head of the social centers department if required conditions and criteria are met
  • Approval of the application by the director of the Social Development Centers Directorate
  • Approval by the Assistant Undersecretary for Community Development
  • Send the approved application to the concerned social center to reserve
