Union consultations
The service is concerned with responding to the legal union consultations and inquiries received from individuals, unions and establishments operating in the private sector regarding everything related to trade union affairs.
Service Conditions
- The submitted consultation must be related to the provisions of Law No. (33) of 2002 regarding trade unions.
Required Attachments
- No attachments are required to provide the service, while the beneficiary can attach whatever he wishes.

Service Processes
- When starting the service, the system will request the primary electronic key.
- Enter the primary electronic key.
- When logging in, choose Trade Union Services and choose the Union Consultation Service from the list.
- Choose Submit a New Consultation from the list.
- Fill in the required fields.
- Fill in the required fields.
- Click on Send "after verifying the accuracy of the information".
- When starting the service, the system will request the primary electronic key.
- Enter the primary electronic key.
- When logging in, choose Trade Union Services and choose the Union Consultation Service from the list.
- Choose Submit a New Consultation from the list.
- Fill in the required fields.
- Fill in the required fields.
- Click on Send "after verifying the accuracy of the information".
