Providing financial consultation to NGOs

The applicant (NGOs) submits a request to the Ministry asking for financial consultation in the areas of preparing financial reports, obtaining licenses, bank accounts, and others.

Required Attachments

  • Submit a letter to the Ministry regarding financial advice with relevant documents, if any.

Legal Regulations

  • Resolution No. (47) of 2014 issuing the executive regulations for Decree-Law No. (21) of 2013 regulating the collection of money for public purposes
  • Decree-Law (21) for the year 2013 regarding organizing fundraising for public purposes
  • Legislative Decree No. 24 of 2000 issuing the Cooperatives Law.
