Changing the bank-approved signatures of registered associations and clubs

If a civil organization changes any of its authorized signatories, it should apply to the Ministry and attach the required documents

Service Conditions

  • Existence of a valid board of directors

Required Attachments

  • A request letter in this regard with the name of the bank signed by the president or his/her deputy.
  • In case the association requests to open a new bank account and close another one, please provide evidence of closing the previous account by the bank.

  • Resolution No. (4) of 2007 regarding the Model Regulations for the Statute of Societies and Social and Cultural Clubs under the supervision of the Ministry of Labor and Social Development
  • Decree-Law No. 21 on Social and Cultural Associations and Clubs, Special Committees Working in the Field of Youth and Sports, and Private Foundations
