Settlement of individual disputes between the worker and the employer with mutual consent of both
Service Conditions
- The labor law in the private sector must apply to him.
- He must not be at work at the time of submitting the application or during the period of legal notice in accordance with Article (99) of the Labor Law if the settlement is related to dismissal from service.
- That there is no pending lawsuit before the court related to the same subject of the settlement request.
- That there is no criminal report or complaint under investigation by the Public Prosecution related to the subject of the settlement.
- If the application is from non-citizens of the Gulf Cooperation Council countries, it requires that the worker possesses a legal permit issued by the competent authority.
