Elderly Discount ID Card Service

Issuing an elderly discount ID card which reduces fees in the public and private sectors for all Bahraini elderly people, and identifying the entities which support the card in both sectors and the percentage of discounts provided

Service Conditions

  • To be a Bahraini
  • He must be 60 years old or more

  • Elderly ID card (CPR)
  • List of government agencies and the private sector that support the elderly service card , View Document

Legal Regulations

  • Resolution No. 9 of 2013 on the establishment of an office for the elderly services
  • Law No. (58) of 2009 on the rights of the elderly, and its executive bylaw issued in Resolution No. (1) of 2011

Service Processes

  • The person or his/her representative comes in-person
  • Present the ID card (CPR)
  • Receive the elderly card and sign a form acknowledging receipt of the card
