The mechanism for responding to job seekers’ inquiries about unemployment insurance through the Ministry’s electronic platform, in accordance with Unemployment Insurance Law.

Service Processes
- When the service starts, the system will request the basic electronic key.
- Enter the primary electronic key.
- You will be shown a list of previous inquiries with the status of each request to review and follow up on.
- You can submit a new inquiry by clicking the "Inquiry" button.
- Enter a description of the inquiry.
- Upload the necessary files for the inquiry, if available.
