(Khatwa) for Productive Families Projects Registration service
Obtaining a work-from-home license by registering with the Khatwa program for home projects.
Service Conditions
- Applicant should be 18 years of age or older.
- Applicant must be of Bahraini nationality.
- The applicant must not be the owner of an individual or institutional commercial registration.
Required Attachments
- A Copy of the applicant’s ID card, property documents, and the card reader details
- Real estate document or lease contract
- Product images according to the selected activities.
- Provide municipal requirements “house facade pictures”.
- A copy of the electricity monthly bill.
- Provide pictures of the Ministry of Health’s requirements: “Photos of the production kitchen - floor tiles - stove - trays - fans - self-closing doors - sink.”.
- Provide pictures of civil defenes requirements “fire extinguishers and smoke detectors”.

Legal Regulations
- Registration in the program is carried out in accordance with Ministerial Law No. 39 of 2010 regarding the regulation of productive activities from home (productive houses).
