Complaint against Employment Office

The Complaints Follow-up Section of the Employer Services Department receives complaints from citizens and residents against employment offices licensed by the Labor Market Regulatory Authority regarding the office’s non-compliance with the level of service and the terms of the agreement concluded between the two parties.

Service Conditions

  • Availability of documents proving the contract with the employment office.
  • That the contract is in place (in the probationary period/ 90 days) in the event of a dispute regarding the domestic employee.
  • It must be submitted by the employer personally, or his representative with an authorization to submit it.
