Complaint against Employment Office
The Complaints Follow-up Section of the Employer Services Department receives complaints from citizens and residents against employment offices licensed by the Labor Market Regulatory Authority regarding the office’s non-compliance with the level of service and the terms of the agreement concluded between the two parties.
Service Conditions
- Availability of documents proving the contract with the employment office.
- That the contract is in place (in the probationary period/ 90 days) in the event of a dispute regarding the domestic employee.
- It must be submitted by the employer personally, or his representative with an authorization to submit it.

- Fill out all the data in the application form and attach the required documents.
- The complaint is received by the Complaints and Follow-up Section of the Licensing Department of the Labour Market Regulatory Authority, it is reviewed and is communicated to the employment office to settle the submitted complaint.
