Cancellation of work permits for domestic workers.
The employer or his/her agent may cancel the work permit for the worker before the expiry period in any of the cases provided by the law. If, after the examination of the application, the authority has concluded that there is a requirement for the cancellation of the work permit, it shall issue a decision and notify the employer or his/her agent once it is issued.
Required Attachments
- Fill the form with all the required data from both sides
- A copy of the identity card of the employer from both sides
- A copy of the domestic workers passport
Legal Regulations
- Article No. (9) of Resolution No. (4) of 2014 on the regulation of work permits for domestic workers and the like.
Fees
- 5 BD : administrative fee calculated from the monthly bill if the permit is valid, and no amount will be counted after the permit’s expires.
