Cancellation of employment and dependant permits.
Through this service, employers can apply for the cancellation employee’s permit as well as his dependents (family - and children up to 24 years).
Service Conditions
- If the work permit expired the employer or authorized person must first check with the Nationality, Passports and Residence Affairs (NPRA) to complete the procedure for cancellation of work permit.
- The employee must leave the country within 30 days of the cancellation or transfer under another employer.

- Copy of the cancellation approval form (optional)
- All documents must be JPEG format

Fees
- 5 BD : 5 BD administrative fee calculated from the monthly bill if the permit is valid, and no amount will be counted after the permit’s expires.

Service Processes
- Fill the cancellation declaration form and then signing it (by the worker and the employer) followed by, uploading it to the Expatriate Labour Management System
- Head to the Nationality, Passports and Residence Affairs to obtain the cancellation stamp
- Access to the expatriate labour website using the employers password
- Select the cancellation feature and enter the personal number of the expatriate
- Attach a copy of the declaration (optional)
