Add, update, or delete a responsible person.
This service enables the employer to add, update, or delete the responsible person for the management of the business according to the Ministry of Industry, Trade and Tourism.
Service Conditions
- Only one responsible person is allowed to register for each facility on all branches
- The establishment or the employer should not have any administrative notes that prevent the change of the responsible person
- In the event of the death of the employer, the legal obligation and power of attorney from the heirs must be attached to add a responsible person
- If the person in charge wants to change, a no-objection letter signed by all authorized persons according to the list of authorized signatories approved by the Ministry of Commerce, Industry and Tourism
- The personal presence of the owner or his representative with an official power of attorney, or the authorized signatory, through the authority’s centers or by video calling

- In the case of the death of the employer, attach the legitimate patient and the power of attorney.
