Request for the printing of an existing address certificate

Service Conditions

  • If the building is commercial, an address request form must be attached
  • The ownership of the property (the document) must be complete if it contains a transfer of ownership of pages (12.13.14)
  • There should be a power of attorney for one of the owners if the document is for more than one owner, with all personal numbers of the owners being shown
  • In the event of changing the property number due to separation or merger, the new document for the property must be presented

Required Attachments

  • Copy of the original municipality form
  • Copy of the title deed (property)

Legal Regulations

  • A draft resolution has been prepared to amend some provisions of Resolution No. (16) of 2011 on the executive bylaws of the Identity Card Law No. (46) of 2006

  • Fill out the required details and attach the required document
  • Pay the fees and submit the request
  • Transfer the request to the relevant employee to be reviewed and processed

  • Present the required documents to the relevant employee and pay the service fee
  • Application processed and the required certificate/document delivered to the applicant
