Request for the modification of an existing address
Submit a request to amend an existing address
Service Conditions
- The license number in the address request form must be identical to the license number in the building permit
- The text of the license must match the addresses mentioned in the form
- In the event of modification from residential to commercial, a detailed letter from the municipality must be attached
- The ownership of the property (the document) must be complete if it contains a transfer of ownership of pages (12.13.14)
- To have a power of attorney for one of the owners if the document is for more than one owner, with all the personal numbers of the owners shown
- In the event of changing the property number due to separation or merger, the new document for the property must be presented
- The engineering maps must be correct and complete the floors as stated in the building permit

- Copy of the original municipality form

- Copy of the title deed (property)

- Pay the fees and submit the request
- Transfer the request to the relevant employee to be reviewed and processed
- Go to the front desk
- Present the required documents to the relevant employee and pay the service fee
- Request processed by the relevant employee and the required certificate/document delivered to the applicant
