This service, provided by the Information & eGovernment Authority (IGA), allows Bahraini citizens, residents and GCC citizens to register their contact details, which will be used to receive the latest government notifications and display these through the e-Service

Service Processes
- Receive a text message to register for the e-service
- Log in to the e-service with the ID card details or the eKey
- Enter contact details (contact number and email)
- E-declaration of details’ validity and request submission
- Receive the verification code via text message or email
- Enter the verification code received through the e-service
- Update the e-system with the contact details
- Receive a text message to register for the e-service
- Go to the self-service platform and use the ID card and fingerprint
- Enter contact details (contact number and email)
