Request to update contact details for Government Notifications
This service, provided to citizens, residents and citizens of the GCC countries, allows them to update their contact details (contact number and email address) to obtain the latest government notifications, taking into consideration the applicant’s e-declaration.
Service Conditions
- The individual must have a basic eKey (For the National Portal & Kiosks users)

- Decree No. 36 of 2018 regulating the technical requirements for sending, receiving and updating the e-records and signatures of public bodies.

- Log in to the e-service using the eKey
- Modify the displayed contact information
- Enter the block number as the verification code
- Provide an e-declaration
- Update the e-system with the listed contact information
- Go to the self-service platform and use your ID card and fingerprint
- Modify the displayed contact information
- Receive the verification code via text message or email
- Insert the verification code through the e-service
- Update the e-system with the listed contact information
- Go to the self-service platform and insert your ID card and fingerprint
- Modify the retrieved contact information
- Receive the verification code via text message or email
- Inserting the verification code via the electronic service
- Update the electronic system with the included contact information
