Service Conditions
- The permit number in the address request form must be identical to the permit number in the building permit
- The text of the license must match the addresses mentioned in the form
- The ownership of the property (the document) must be complete if it contains a transfer of ownership of pages (12.13.14)
- There should be a power of attorney for one of the owners if the document is for more than one owner, with all personal numbers of the owners being shown
- In the event that the real estate number has been changed due to separation or merger, the new real estate document must be presented
- That the engineering maps are correct and complete the floors as mentioned in the building permit
Required Attachments
- Address request form from the municipality (original)
- Copy of the building permit
- Copy of the survey certificate
- Copy of the title deed (the document)
- Copy of the engineering maps
- Copy of the ID card
