Issuance of Unit or Establishment Number
This service enables users to submit a request to issue unit numbers, which are provided to every governmental or private unit or facility lacking a commercial registry, for approval and registration in the database, and subsequently, issue an official certificate containing unit details.
Service Conditions
- The unit must be licensed by the concerned authority
- The unit is required to provide an official statement from the relevant authority, addressed to the Units and Update Department, requesting the issuance of the unit number
- The unit’s address, for which the unit number is being requested, must be currently registered and defined in the population registry system
Required Attachments
Fishing Ship Unit Edition
- An authorization letter in the event of another person acting on behalf of the ship owner
- Attestation from the Fisheries Department that the vessel and its owner are registered
Religious Unit Edition
- A statement from the Ministry of Justice from the competent authority, such as the Ja`fari or Sunni Endowments Department
- A letter of authorization to the applicant from the Ministry
Real estate unit version
- A statement requesting a unit number, which is a letter from the municipality of the area affiliated with the property confirming the existence of the property and its contents of apartments or residential villas
- A copy of the property owner’s ID card
- A copy of the title deed and a copy of the pledge deed
- An authorization letter in the event of another person acting on behalf of the property owner
- Includes the unit of the owners’ union
The following must be attached to unit of the owners union:
- An original statement from the municipality to the owners’ union
- A statement from the Real Estate Regulatory Agency
- Authorization letter in the event of another person acting on behalf of the founders
Special Education Unit Edition
- A letter of approval with a license from the Ministry of Labor and Social Development for nurseries
- A copy of the owner’s ID card
- A statement of approval with a license from the Special Education Department of the Ministry of Education for private schools and kindergartens
- An official authorization letter from the school for those who extract the unit number
General Education Unit Edition
- A statement from the Ministry of Education
Unit issue for federations or clubs
- License statement from the General Organization for Youth and Sports
- An official authorization letter from the club or federation for those who extract the unit number
Association Module Edition
- A statement from the concerned ministry addressed to the Units Department, specifying the address of the facility
- Decision to publicize the association from the Ministry of Labor and Social Development or the competent ministry
- An official authorization letter for those extracting the unit number
issuance of a unit for theaters, cultural centers and newspapers
- A statement from the Ministry of Culture or the Information Affairs Authority of licensing, specifying the address of the facility
- An official authorization letter for those extracting the unit number
Issue a hospital or private clinic unit
- License from the National Health Regulatory Authority
- A copy of the identity card of the owner of the clinic or hospital
- An official authorization letter for those extracting the unit number
Law Firm Unit Edition
- A statement from the Office of the General Registrar at the Ministry of Justice stating that the lawyer’s office has been registered in the lawyers’ list, the name of the office and the address of the office, provided that the classification of the address is an office
- A copy of the ID card of the office owner
- An official authorization letter in the event of another person acting on behalf of the owner of the office
Hajj and Umrah Campaign Module Edition
- A copy of the campaign holder’s ID card
- A license from the Ministry of Justice, Islamic Affairs and Endowments, specifying the address of the facility
Farm Module Edition
- Feedback from Farmers’ Services Department
- A copy of the owner’s ID card
- An official authorization letter in the event of another person acting on behalf of the farm owner
Issue an embassy or consulate unit
- A statement issued by the Ministry of Foreign Affairs regarding the accreditation of the embassy and the ambassador with the embassy’s address specified
- An official authorization letter for those extracting the unit number
Government entity unit issuance
- Decree to form the government entity
- An official letter issued by the government agency stating the address of the ministry
