Handling requests to open main individual electricity or water account, which can include several sub-accounts belonging to the same customer under the same ministerial number, commercial registration number, personal number, or any other personal identification numbers

Required Attachments

  • Official letter to the Director of Customer Accounts Directorate
  • Copy of the commercial registration stamped with the company seal, or a copy of the establishment certificate
