Required Attachments
- Water Technical Services Request form
- A copy of the ID Card reader printout, or a two-sided copy of the ID Card or a copy of the commercial registration certificate
- Copy of the title deed
- Copy of the aerial map
- Copy of the survey certificate
- For tenants , a copy of lease agreement, lease registration recipt and a no objection letter from the landlord
