- Electricity Technical Services Request form
- A copy of the ID Card reader printout, or a two-sided copy of the ID Card
- Copy of the title deed
- Copy of the aerial map
- Copy of the survey certificate
- For tenants, a copy of lease agreement and a No Objection Letter from the landlord
